LOOGOOTEE Virgil L. Wade, 90, of Kissimmee, Fla., formerly of Loogootee, died Monday, Dec. 8, 2003, at the Florida Hospital in Kissimmee.
He was a B&O Railroad brakeman and member of St. John Catholic Church.
Surviving are his wife, Virginia; two daughters, Stephanie Burch and Andrea Love; three sisters, Delorma Atkison, Joann Hyslop and Mary Mae Sherfick; two brothers, George and John Wade; and four grandchildren.
Services 10 a.m. EST Monday at St. John Catholic Church, burial in the church cemetery with military rites. Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Brocksmith Funeral Home, with a 6 p.m. prayer service followed by a memorial service.
