Probated: 18 Jun 1838 (this could be mistyped as he died 1 Jun 1858). Heirs: Wilson Tinsley, a negro man and Caty, a negro woman to be given their freedom and $50; heirs of John DePauw (deceased); Jacob D. Crabbs (no relation stated); his brother Peter DePauw; Jehu Hungate and wife; Zachariah Collier and wife; children of Polly Gabbert (deceased), Rosey Collier had received $50.
